Indiscipline’s aim is to gather texts dealing with various fields too often separate: reflections on sciences, research and technologies, analysis of cultural institutions, rationalization of the professional, cultural or political practices, etc.

We entend to do both an analysis, a criticism and a development of alternative propositions to contribute to change the course of the things in these fields of action and of reflexion. Indeed, we are numerous to note a constant degradation of the social links, of the relation with knowledge and with the policy, freedoms and more generally of fundamental values who are constitutive of the democracy and who structure the individual and collective aspirations since the Lights. The History alerts us regularly on the tragic risks humanity runs when it mistakes these values in the name of a cynical and resigned realism.

Against resignation, against the danger of the returns to cruelty, against the disenchantment, the resignation in front of the responsibilities we have regarding to the future generations, we preach indiscipline.

Indiscipline is the necessary dispute of the state of the world such as it arises. It is daily vigilance at the time to exert choices, in all the contexts where we can act. In our professional frameworks in particular, because it is where it is most difficult to resist the pressures, the bureaucracy,  intellectual apathy and conformism.
